Today we are thrilled to announce the release of the Nebula ‘Firm Administrator’ course to the general public!

This is the most advanced course for end-user Nebula education. We designed this course to get existing power users up and running as the 'point person' for managing their organizations' Nebula caseloads. This course provides robust education on nearly all administrative functions found in the Nebula platform. Course topics include:

• Staging and processing ESI
• Firm Management
• Load file ingestion & production overlays
• Downloading productions
• User and User Group management & permissions
  
• Creating Nebula repositories and matter management
  

This course, when combined with our prior courses, comprises the entire curriculum necessary to learn Nebula at its most powerful levels. As such, litigation support supervisors (for both law firms and corporations) and members of our Nebula Partner channel will benefit greatly from the Firm Administrator course.

You might be asking "what about environmental considerations, infrastructure settings, and other back-end topics?" Here's some great news: since Nebula is a SaaS platform, those tasks are exclusively the responsibility of our Nebula support teams.
